This is my first time having my cabinets refinished. What is the process?
We will come out and give you an estimate. If you’re happy with your estimate and would like to move forward, we’ll add you to our schedule. We’ll arrive at your home on Monday to pick up your doors, drawers, and shelves. We’ll spray your frame on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. We put your kitchen back together on Friday.
How long does the process take?
Five days. You will not be WITHOUT your kitchen. However, please be aware if you are having granite installed, you will be without your sink for one day. The plumber will arrive the following day of your granite installation to reconnect plumbing
What do I need to do to prepare for my upcoming kitchen project?
Please remove everything from your cabinets or bathroom vanities prior to our arrival on Monday.
What days will you need access to my home?
Monday, Friday and frame day. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Will there be an odor?
Yes we do ventilate. The smell will dissipate within 24 hours. We do recommend pregnant women and customers that suffer from asthma to relocate until the odor is no longer present.
Can I change the color of my cabinets at anytime?
You may change the color up until we receive your signed final color selection.
Will I still have access to my kitchen?
Yes. Your kitchen will be fully functional during your kitchen project, minus your sink for one day.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. 20% to cover materials. If you cancel, your deposit is non refundable.
Do you attend Home Shows?
Yes. Come check us out. We attend the Meadow Event Park in Doswell, VA, and the Richmond Home & Garden Show in Richmond, VA. (Raceway Complex)
Do you only do Kitchen Cabinets?
No. We can refurnish furniture, pantry doors and bathroom vanities. The possibilities are endless.
Can you match my existing cabinets or furniture?
Yes.
Do you work with a granite company?
Yes. Classic Granite.
What is the most popular cabinet door styles and colors?
The most popular door style and color combination are your traditional raised panel or shaker door in a white or off white.
Can I use my doors and drawers if they are in good shape?
Yes. That’s what’s so great about what we do. We’re able to recylce what you have at a fraction of the cost.
Do you provide a touch up kit?
We do leave a touch up kit for you and are more than happy to fix any problems you may have within a year of your start date.
I need to replace a cabinet, but I don't think you offer the door style I need. What should I do?
Give us a call and let us see if we can help. We may be able to match your same door style.

Are estimates and consultations free?
Yes. We provide you with a free estimate and will answer any questions you may have at no cost.
Do you spray the inside of cabinets?
Yes. We typically do spray the inside of the cabinets but we do offer a service where you decline this service which will save you money.
